OK. OK.. So I didn't write it, but anyone who has been to the gym can appreciate at least a piece of this letter.

I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Just a nurse getting his fitness on surviving the journey.
I blog about any and everything under the sun, so if you feel like listening to some arbitrary rhetoric mashed up with some interesting findings regarding world news, healthcare and everything nursing please feel free to sit a spell.
